Therapeutic physical education for children with special educational needs

Therapeutic physical culture (TPC) is an important component of a comprehensive approach to the development of children with SEN.
At the World of Opportunities Inclusive Center, classes are held in the form of games, adapted exercises, and elements of sensorimotor therapy. This approach helps children to:

  • improve coordination
  • strengthen muscle tone
  • reduce tension in the body
  • learn to better orient themselves in space
  • develop confidence in their own movements
  • For many children, this is not just physical education, but an opportunity to feel better, reduce anxiety, and express emotions.
Each class takes into account the individual needs of the child and is conducted with love and respect for their pace.
