Day, a day when we talk about acceptance, love and equality.<\/p>\n<p>Why this date?<br \/>\nDown syndrome is caused by the presence of a third copy of the 21st chromosome, so symbolically this day is 21.03<\/p>\n<p>What do we want to say?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>People with Down syndrome are not a diagnosis, but individuals with their own talents, dreams and desires.<\/li>\n<li>They can study, work, make friends, love &#8211; just like the rest of us!<\/li>\n<li>The main thing for them is support, acceptance and equal opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What do we prepare at our center?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A creative master class dedicated to the symbol of the Day &#8211; bright socks (socks of different colors &#8211; a symbol of the uniqueness of each person).<\/li>\n<li>A conversation with children about the importance of friendship and acceptance.<\/li>\n<li>Flash mob: \u201cI support people with Down syndrome\u201d &#8211; everyone can take a photo in colored socks and post it on social media
