The Center is launching an early intervention program for families with young children

Is your child under 4 years old, and are you concerned about their development? Don’t wait for them to “grow out of it.”

The “World of Opportunities” Inclusive Center is launching a program in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 788—an early intervention program for families with young children.

Early intervention is needed if the child:

  • does not speak or speaks significantly less than peers;
  • has difficulties with movement, coordination, or self-care;
  • barely responds to being addressed or has trouble making contact;
  • has difficulties with behavior, play, or interacting with others;
  • has a diagnosed developmental disorder;
  • or if parents simply notice that their child’s development is a cause for concern.

A team of specialists works with the family through the program, and the support is centered not on isolated sessions but on the child’s real-life experiences.

Together with the parents, we determine what is most important for the child and the family right now, create a personalized family plan, and gradually work toward specific goals: communication, movement, play, behavior, independence, and the child’s participation in daily life.

And most importantly—parents become part of the team, rather than being left to grapple alone with questions about their child’s development.
