ADHD
Children with ADHD benefit from a clear routine, short activity blocks, movement and sensory exercises for self-regulation. We practise focusing, waiting one's turn and following group rules.

When it's hard to sit still and focus
A child with ADHD often hears “sit down”, “wait”, “stop fidgeting”. We do it differently: we shape the day so energy has somewhere to go and attention has something to hold on to.
What it looks like
- A clear routine — the child knows what comes next and feels less anxious
- Short activities — sessions change before attention runs out
- Movement — the sports room and walks every day, not as a reward
- Sensory exercises for self-regulation — learning to notice and slow down their “engine”
- Group rules — taking turns, listening, agreeing
No punishment or comparisons: we celebrate every small success, because that's what motivates.
